The RI Rebounds Small Business Grant Program provides direct financial assistance to Rhode Island small businesses that have suffered financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

RIBBA is a Technical Assistance partner for the RI Rebounds Program and will be offering info sessions on: 

  • How to find or apply for SAM.gov and DUNS number
  • How to apply for RI Rebounds
  • Program and Application Q&A
